Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

2. Defective Products

We accept returns and provide refunds only in the case of defective products. If the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing or any issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Defects covered include, but are not limited to, hardware failures, malfunctioning parts, and broken or damaged items during shipment.
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been misused or damaged due to user handling.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Opened or used electronic items.
  • Software or download products.
  • Items damaged due to user misuse or mishandling.
  • Perishable items such as food or accessories that have been opened and used.
  • Items that are not in original packaging or have been altered in any way.

4. Process for Return and Refund

To complete your return, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue or defect

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is defective, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account for any pending transactions.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there might be a processing delay.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items and promotional items are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective items. If your product is defective and you would like a replacement, please contact us at support@haryanamobilehub.com with your order details. Once we verify the defect, we will send you a replacement.

8. Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damage during Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
